An effective internal audit function is critical for a successful, growing credit union. A credit union's internal auditor is responsible for much more than cash counts and file maintenance reviews. Today, an effective internal auditor has strong relationships with all process managers and is viewed as both a key part of the control structure and as source of ideas for the future. We will address how you can align your internal audit function to be a significant contributor to the ongoing success of your Credit Union!
