The ACUARP Risk Management Certification Program offers the skills you need to establish, enhance, and manage your credit union’s risk management program. This intense program offers the best of both worlds: basic understanding of key risk management concepts as well as real-world skills for practical application.

The program starts with a series of self-study webinar-based modules to provide certification candidates with the theory and concepts applied to credit union risk management. Then students will come together for 5 days of intense hands-on learning sessions that will prepare them to use and apply those skills in the workplace.

To maintain your certification, you must obtain a minimum of 20 hours annually of Continuing Professional Education (CPE) with at least 10 of those hours specific to the risk profession. All ACUIA events, which offer CPE, will qualify towards the continuing education requirement, as well as CPEs acceptable for the CIA, CISA, ACAMS, and CFE designations.
