Sr. Compliance and Risk Analyst

Arrowhead Credit Union continues to grow and we are looking to expand our Compliance/Risk team.  We have an immediate opening for a Sr. Compliance & Risk Analyst to join the team at our corporate location in Rancho Cucamonga, CA.


Position Summary

The successful candidate will serve as a Subject Matter Expert in all compliance-related matters relevant to the Credit Union.  This role performs compliance reviews of Credit Union collateral such as digital delivery channels, advertising and other documents; evaluates, tests and monitors compliance programs to ensure adherence with state and federal laws and regulations applicable to the Credit Union, its members and the financial industry; stays abreast of pending developments and changes in these laws and regulations; advises management and Credit Union personnel of emerging compliance matters; works with management and internal auditors regarding compliance-related issues, provides advice and recommendations on compliance and legal issues as requested; and assists our VP, Risk with vendor management support. 


Requirements for the Position

Requirements for the position include a minimum of eight (8) years of progressively responsible compliance experience in a financial institution, preferably a bank or credit union. Experience in a mortgage lending environment, certification in compliance by a nationally recognizable trade organization or its equivalent, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field are highly preferred.
